Singapore bunker prices rose on Monday due to tight supply, and its differential to fuel oil cargoes remained in discount for a fourth-straight session.
Prices for the 380-centistoke (cst) grade were pegged at $393-$395 a tonne, up $1 from the previous session, while the differentials narrowed 60 cents to a discount of minus $1.25 as buyers returned to the market. "Prices are supported by tight supplies in early October, but they are not as high as previously expected. Demand is healthy," said a supplier.
