Wheat futures on the Chicago Board of Trade were higher early on Wednesday in a technical bounce from sharp declines this week, with a surge in the soyabean market adding support, traders said.
As of 9:37 am CDT (1437 GMT), CBOT December wheat was up 4-1/2 cents at $8.50 per bushel. Kansas City Board of Trade December wheat was up 6-3/4 cents at $8.51 and Minneapolis Grain Exchange December spring wheat was up 4-3/4 cents at $8.56-1/2.
