A meeting of the executive committee of the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) with President of SCCI Liaquat Ahmed Khan in the chair on Thursday approved election schedule for the year 2007-08 according to which polling for presidential election will be held on December 10, 2007.
According to the schedule, the newly elected body would become functional by January 1. Nomination papers for the posts of President, SVP and VP could be submitted with Secretary Chamber by December 5 which could be withdrawn by December 8. Polling will be held on December 10.
