Engineering Development Board (EDB) is facilitating businessmen to participate in `The Agricultural Machinery and Seeds (Tamas) show 2007 to be held in South Korean city, Daejeon from November 6, official sources said on Wednesday.
The four-day exhibition which will be held at the Kotra Exhibition Centre, Daejeon (Kotrex) is being organised by Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (Kotra) and The Farmers Newspaper. "More than 200 firms will exhibit a range of products or technologies at the show," the sources said.
Tamas 2007 is the seventh of the series. Every show in the past attracted over 15,000 professional visitors. The exhibition this year is dedicated to enhance the competitiveness of the agricultural industry.
EDB is facilitating businessmen to take part in the exhibition and has made all possible efforts for smooth processing of their visas, the sources said. They said that the exhibition would help businessmen to get machinery information more easily, which could assist them to improve technology competitiveness.
The participants from different countries, including Pakistan will exhibit agricultural machinery, agricultural materials, livestock machinery, greenhouse materials, horticultural materials, seeds and other products.
EDB will do its best to make exhibitors satisfy through Tamas 2007 as the participation in the exhibition will be great chance for them to have marketing opportunity for their companies, the sources added.
