The position of the river inflows and outflows at Tarbela, Mangla and Chashma with the reservoirs levels and the barrages on Saturday was as under:
Rivers: Indus at Tarbela-Inflows 29,000 cusecs and Outflows 76,000 cusecs, Kabul at Nowshera: Inflows 8,300 cusecs and Outflows 8,300 cusecs, Indus at Chashma- Inflows 74,900 cusecs and Outflows 55,000 cusecs, Jhelum at Mangla- Inflows 7,600 cusecs and Outflows 29,000 cusecs, Chenab at Marala- Inflows 7,600 cusecs and Outflows 2,100 cusecs.
Barrages: Jinnah-Inflows 79,800 cusecs and Outflows 74,800 cusecs, Chashma -Inflows 74,900 cusecs and Outflows 55,000 cusecs, Taunsa - Inflows 50,900 cusecs and Outflows 39,200 cusecs, Guddu- Inflows 43,100 cusecs and Outflows 37,900 cusecs, Sukkur- Inflows 38,200 cusecs and Outflows 10,200 cusecs, Kotri- Inflows 9,881 cusecs and Outflows Nil. Reservoirs Level and Storage: Tarbela- level 1491.20 feet, live storage 3.850 Million Acre Feet (MAF) and dead level 1369.00 feet, Mangla- level 1173.95 feet, live storage 3.107 MAF and dead level 1040 feet, Chashma - level 639.10 feet, live storage 0.025 MAF and dead level 637 feet.
