Losers outclassed gainers at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where bears strengthened their positions under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE-10 Index showed a decrease of 30.35 points as the ISE index moved from 2,839.73 to 2,809.38 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 1,428,300 shares as compared to previous volume of 2,270,700 shares. The horizon of trade contacted from 150 stocks to 141 companies. Majority of stocks (141) closed in negative territory, 108 landed in positive column, whereas two companies remained pegged to their previous levels.
The volume of Attock Refinery was 378,500 shares as compared to previous turnover of 202,000 shares. The volume of OGDCL was 134,300 shares. The turnover of Javed Omer & Vohra was 116,200 shares.
