$5 billion refinery

This is with reference to a deal of US dollars 5 billion signed by the government for the construction of an oil refinery at Khalifa point in Hub with a capacity of 200,000 barrels per day. Worth noticing thing is that this is the single largest foreign investment made by any group in 60 years history of Pakistan.
I congratulate the Government of Pakistan for this achievement as it will also generate around 8,000 jobs directly and 80,000 indirectly. I was very amazed that none of the print and electronic media highlighted this great achievement of the government. Though our media is very quick to report accidents or deaths but show laziness while reporting some good news. One should note this behaviour of the media!!
