Gram prices move both ways on grain market

Thin trading was seen in the grain market on Saturday as prices on grams counter moved both ways, dealers said. On the seed side, castorseed Lasbela gained Rs 25 to Rs 925, other items maintained the overnight levels, they said.
On the cereal side, wheat old and new both types picked up Rs 10 to Rs 1575-1590, respectively, they said. On the grams side, gram garda Punjab was down by Rs 100 to Rs 2625-2750, they said. Gram dal yellow peas was sharply down by Rs 150 to Rs 3100-3225. Beetle chana No 1 was lower by Rs 25 to Rs 2900-2925. Dal beetle followed suit and lost Rs 100 to Rs 3200-3350, they added.
