'Green Rickshaw Scheme vital for unemployment'

The Green Rickshaw Scheme of Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) would help eradicate unemployment, and environmental pollution and improve living standards of the people, said Dr Hasan Sarosh Akram, president, Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) here on Monday.
"PSIC has a great role in industrialisation of the Rawalpindi region and the scheme would help generate more jobs", Dr Sarosh said while addressing at PSIC regional office to handover keys of the CNG rickshaws to the unemployed. PSIC launched the Green CNG Rickshaw Scheme for the benefit of the unemployed youths on easy instalments. Regional Director PSIC Colonel Aftab and Potohar Town Nazim Hamid Nawaz also handed over keys of 10 CNG rickshaws.
