The Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) has been given Aasha-2007 Award being the 'Most Gender Friendly Company.' The award was given to ARL at an impressive ceremony on Monday. Every year, Aasha (Alliance Against Sexual Harassment at Work Place) organise these awards.
The ARL is one of the few companies who have adopted the Code of Conduct of Gender Justice at Work Place. Being an equal opportunity employer, there is no discrimination in hiring, promotion, compensation, and development on the basis of race, colour, religion or gender at ARL.
