City Nazim Mustafa Kamal has been delivering his best with meagre resources, and the Liaquatabad Underpass is one of his achievements. I wonder why such good deeds are not sustainable. City Government builds overhead bridges and underpasses to manage the traffic flow.
Concerned officials should investigate the condition of weird traffic just above the Liaquatabad Underpass and under the overhead bridge. There is a rectangular traffic mingling and hurrying to pass the Liaquatabad (Laloo Khait No 10 Chourangi) and nobody seems ready to be patient. This is because there are neither traffic signals nor the sergeants to control the traffic.
I myself, travel through this weird traffic and suffer daily like hundreds of thousands others do. I request the concerned authority to install signals and post some traffic sergeants to maintain traffic to ensure safety.
I want to mention here another traffic jam problem because of some encroachments at Banaras Chowk. This is the only junction of Orangi Town (suburb) to link it with the main city, which causes long delays. I heard that City Government was planning to build an overhead bridge and an underpass to regulate the traffic flow at Banaras Chowk. That around helps remove encroachments.
