Through your courtesy, I bring it to the notice of authorities concerned that my home Telephone No 4614455 is out of order since as long as over a year and is now completely dead for the last six months. I had made innumerable complaints to the Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi Telephone Exchange but of no use.
Then I gave written complaints but all in vain. Being fed up with all this, I personally met SDO, Phones and Divisional Engineer (Phones) on a number of occasions which can be vouched from the record of the department but my genuine grievance was not redressed. I don't know what is the reason when I am regularly paying monthly rent of the phone which is also not justifiable as the phone is not working.
Would any one from the high ups will come to my rescue and redress my genuine problem. I shall be very much grateful for this act kindness.
