Central general secretary JUI-F and candidate for NA-268 Mastung-cum-Kalat, Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidari has demanded of the government to postpone the general elections as it is indispensable for national security and integrity.
Addressing the meeting of the party held at Jamia Miftah-ul-Ulum in Mastung on Sunday, he urged all the political leaders to convene a meeting for constituting a strategy for creating conducive environment for the elections.
The meeting adopted unanimously a resolution demanding of the government to bring the culprits to justice, who are involved in assassination of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto.
