Siemens will deliver SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and corresponding consulting services to Getz Pharma for implementation at its locations. The agreement was signed at a prestigious ceremony held in Karachi.
Sohail Wajahat H Siddiqui, MD and CEO Siemens Pakistan and Khalid Mahmood, MD and CEO Getz Pharma signed the contract on behalf of their respective organisations in the presence of key management representatives of both the companies.
As part of this project, Getz Pharma, currently the 6th largest Pharma company in Pakistan, would scrap its existing ERP system from a renowned global vendor to implement SAP's core as well as new dimension suite of ERP modules as Financials, Supply Chain, MRP, Production Planning, Business Intelligence, Human Capital Management and Regulatory Affairs. These modules together provide end-to-end support to Getz business processes enabling increased efficiencies, better supply chain visibility and quicker decision making. Siemens Pakistan would offer complete SAP consulting and training in this regard to Getz project team.
