Reckitt Benckiser Pakistan has been given the award for being the most preferred organisation for challenging and interesting work in the year 2007 at the Graduate Employer Awards Ceremony organised by the Pakistan Society for Human resource Management (PSHRM).
An announcement here on Saturday said that the company's selection for the award has been based on survey results administered across eight leading universities of the country, which targeted more than 550 business students.
It said that the survey is part of a study that was conducted to obtain insights into what graduating MBA students expect from their employment and also ascertain ratings of 'best in class' employers as a first step towards developing an employer promise and creating an employer brand that attracts and retains an organisation's employees.
The Chief Executive of Reckitt Benckiser Pakistan, Ali Ahmed Khan remarked that selection of his organisation for this award is a reflection of commitment towards human resource development.
