Mehran University holds condolence meeting

A condolence meeting held at Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro condemning the murder of Benazir Bhutto and said that Pakistan and the Islamic world had suffered a tremendous loss. The vice-chancellor of the University Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan Rajput presided over the meeting.
The meeting offered fateha for the departed soul and expressed sympathies with the bereaved family. After condolence meeting funeral prayers held in absentia for Benazir Bhutto.
Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan Rajput, vice-chancellor, Dr Muhammad Aslam Uquaili, Registrar, Ghulam Sarwar Kandhar Advisor Planning and Development, All the faculty members, Deans, Professors, Chairmen, directors, members of the Syndicate, Senate and member of the Teachers Association besides members of the officers Association and students also attended the funeral prayers.
