Sitara Chemical Industries Limited (SCIL) in collaboration with Abacus Consulting launched the introduction of world's modern IT based system SAP. The ceremony was widely attended by the selected Directors and Senior Management Cadre of Sitara Group and also some professionals from outside industries.
Asem Khurshed, President, FCCI addressing the participants as Chief Guest emphasised that our industries must achieve technological edge in the current global competition. He congratulated Chief Executive of SCIL for taking initiative of SAP system IT based solution.
Muhammad Adrees, Chief Executive Officer Sitara Chemicals speaking on the occasion thanked the Abacus team and distinguished guests for attending the ceremony. Adrees further reiterated in his address that with the introduction of SAP System there would be marked improvement in the operational excellence, which would take care of the diverse modern business needs of the company. Haroon Zubari, DCA, SCIL presented address of welcome and said that the company had increased profitability and turnover to Rs 4.4 billion in the year 2007.
