A two-member delegation of European Union (EU) election observers visited MQM's zonal office here to review the electioneering and political situation, a press release said here on Friday. The observers held a meeting with MQM zonal incharge Tasleem Khan, members zonal committee and nominated candidate from PS-1 Sukkur Saeed Iqbal Malik.
They discussed matters pertaining to election campaign of MQM and the political conditions in the city. The delegation members also inquired from MQM activist about the problems they were facing regarding election drive and behaviour of local administration in this regard.
The EU election observers are in city to meet the political figures, their nominated candidates and local administration authorities ahead of the coming polls, and to review political, social and economic conditions.
