Tariq Kirmani has been elected unopposed as Director of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). The extraordinary general meeting for election of one director from private shareholders was held on Saturday.
As only Kirmani from shareholders offered himself for election as Director and the number fixed by the Board was also one, therefore, Tariq Kirmani was elected unopposed.-PR
