In occupied Kashmir, the pro-liberation leaders have said that politically stable Pakistan would benefit the Kashmir cause. Pro-liberation leaders said this while commenting on elections in Pakistan, Kashmir Media Service reported.
All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) Senior Leader Shabbir Ahmed Shah said: "Pakistan has always supported Kashmir cause, no matter who comes into power and I hope the outcome of this election would carve out a better future for the people of South Asian region."
He said that resolution on Kashmir could be reached with a tripartite dialogue involving India, Pakistan and the true leadership of Kashmiris. APHC Leader Nayeem Ahmad Khan said the outcome of the current elections would not hamper Pakistan's support to the people of Kashmir.
