Punjab University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Mujahid Kamran visited the book fair held at the Fortress Stadium on Saturday. The university external linkages director Dr Najma Najam, Punjab Text Book Board Secretary Afshan Zafar, poet Amjad Islam Amjad and Pak Book Corporation Managing Director Iqbal Cheema were also present on the occasion.
Dr Kamran congratulated the Punjab Text Board and encouraged book publishers. He said the young generation was becoming a victim of ignorance, and the Book Fair would help develop reading habits in young generation.
