BOGOTA: Colombia produced an average of 857,000 barrels of crude oil per day (bpd) in April, the government said on Tuesday, down 6.3 percent from the same month last year, according to Reuters calculations.
State-run Ecopetrol produces more than half of Colombia's oil.
Natural gas production for April was 916 million cubic feet per day, the statement said, down 15 percent year-on-year.
