CoAS highlights national consensus on Kashmir issue

Chief of Army Staff, General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani has said that it is always the valiant and professionally sound military commander, who leads his men from the front, which proves decisive in challenging situations.
He made these remarks while addressing Officers, Junior Commissioned Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers during his visit to forward locations near the Line of Control (LoC) in Kashmir, said an ISPR press release issued here on Wednesday. He highlighted the national consensus that exists on Kashmir issue. He reaffirmed commitment of Pakistan Army to the Kashmir cause, in line with aspirations of Pakistani nation. General Officer Commanding, Major General Mohammad Zahirul Islam was accompanied the Chief of Army Staff, General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, during the visit.
