Graduation condition: seven-member larger bench to hear petition

Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar constituted special seven-member larger bench to hear a petition about condition of graduation for contesting election of Senate, National Assembly and Provincial Assemblies.
The bench comprises of Chief Justice Dogar, Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokhar, Justice Ejaz-ul-Hassan Khan, Justice Chaudhry Ijaz Yousuf, Justice Moosa K Leghari, Justice Syed Zawwar Hussain Jaffery, and Justice Syed Sakhi Hussain Bukhari. The bench will hear the constitutional petition on April 18. The petition was filed by Nasir and others under article 184 (3) of the Constitution.
