The Annual Development Programme for the Sindh province will be undergoing a major improvement and change in stress such that it benefits the maximum number of people in the province in keeping with the manifesto of the Pakistan People's Party, reports UPP correspondent.
Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah has issued directives for preparation of Annual Development Plan for the province in the next year's budget such that maximum benefits accrue to the people in the rural areas. In the new financial year 2008-2009 the allocations for the MPAs programme especially in the rural areas will be given heavy allocation.
The Sindh budget for the new financial year 2008-2009 would be development period with stress on relief to low income residents and incentives for farmers so that more area is devoted to food crops.
