The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has transferred and posted two senior officials of customs and excise group (BS-20) with immediate effect.
According to a notification issued on Monday, Khalid Nasim, Director, Directorate of Training and Research (Customs, ST/FE), Lahore has been transferred and posted as Director, Directorate of Internal Audit (Customs, ST/FE), Lahore and Muhammad Zahiruddin, Director, Directorate of Internal Audit Lahore has been given new assignment as Director, Directorate of Training and Research Lahore.
On repatriation from Ministry of Industries, Production ad Special Initiatives, Huzoor Bux Laghari, a BS-18 officer of income tax group has been posted as Deputy Commission of Income Tax, Regional Tax Office (RTO), Hyderabad on single pay basis. On repatriation from Punjab government, Rizwan Ahmad Urfi, a BS-18 officer of income tax group has been given new assignment as DCIT, LTU, Lahore.
Through another notification, Abdul Malik Duranni, a BS-18 officer of Income Tax Group, DCIT, RTO, Quetta has been transferred and posted as Second Secretary (Co-ordination), Admin Wing, FBR. Tehseenur Rehman, income tax officer (BS-16), Regional Tax Office Karachi has been transferred and posted in the RTO Peshawar. Muhammad Javed Ghani (BS-19), Additional Collector, Model Customs Collectorate (MCC), Appraisement, Karachi has been transferred and posted as Project Director, MCC of Post Clearance Audit (PCA), Karachi.
Ayesha Niaz, a BS-18 of Customs and Excise Group, Deputy Collector, Collectorate of Sales Tax and Federal Excise, Lahore has been posted at RTO Lahore on special pay position.
Meanwhile, the special pay (allowance equivalent to 100 percent of basic pay) of Aftab Ahmad Bhatti, a BS-18 officer of Customs and Excise Group, presently posted as Second Secretary, FBR (HQ), Islamabad, is discontinued from the date of initiation of disciplinary proceedings from July 18 2007.
