Three persons were killed over a land dispute at Nika Khurd village in a surrounding area of Jhelum. According to police sources, five accused including Barkat Ali opened indiscriminate firing on Ghulam Nabi, Mutloob Hussain s/o Ghulam Rasool and Abdul Qayyum s/o Amir Hussain here on Friday morning when they were present near the mosque of the village. As a result, they died on the spot.
The Jotala police reached the scene after getting information of the incident and bodies were shifted to the hospital for autopsy. Police sources claimed that out of five accused three attackers had been arrested.
