The London South Bank University (LSBU) and Imperial College of Business Studies (ICBS) on Friday signed an agreement to strengthen collaboration and students exchange programme between the two institutions.
Addressing agreement signing ceremony, South Bank University Pro Vice Chancellor Dr Cardew said that this collaboration will provide opportunities to ICBS students to get international exposure, enjoy diversity and to learn at one of the top rated business schools in United Kingdom. He also said that this collaboration will also provide sharing of curriculum development and quality assurance practices. "It is a journey together in which we learn from one another and a journey that build self confidence," he said.
Chairman, Quality Assurance Committee, Higher Education Commission, Dr Abdul Rauf said that such type of collaborations will enhance the process of quality assurance and help Pakistani institution in meeting international standards. He also said that the Pakistani institutions are imparting quality education and can compete with any institution of international repute.
The ceremony was attended by Rector of Imperial College of Business Studies Dr Azmat Abbas Syed, International Officer London South Bank University Jennifer Gunn and Associate Dean Academic Development and Promotion Imperial College of Business Studies Badia Raza.
