Shahid Aziz Siddiqi has assumed the charge as Chairman State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC). According to a press release issued here on Thursday, Shahid Aziz Siddiqi holds master degree from Karachi University and Postgraduate degree in Development Economics from University of Cambridge UK. He topped the CSS examination in 1968.
He has held several key positions in various government organisations as Chairman National Highways Authority (NHA), Managing Director Rice Export Corporation of Pakistan, Director General Ports and Shipping, Commissioner of Karachi, Deputy Commissioner of Districts Thatta, Sanghar and Larkana and as Director Labour Sindh.-PR
