Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) has declared second interim dividend for the year ending June 30, 2008 at Rs 10.50 per share ie 105 percent on fully paid ordinary shares of Rs 10 each. The decision was taken by the directors of PPL in their meeting held on Thursday.
According to a notice sent to the Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE), this dividend will be paid to the members, whose names appear on the register of members at the close of business on June 26, 2008. The share transfer books of the company will be closed from June 27, 2008 to July 03, 2008 (both days inclusive).
