Nadra processed more than 3000 CNIC's in Sindh region on the very first day of issuance of free CNICs on Prime Minister's directives. GM Nadra Sindh Brigadier Agha Ali Raza Qizilbash said at present in 23 districts of Sindh 85 NSRCs and 37 mobile registration vans have been geared up to provide free CNIC issuance facility to the applicants immediately.
To overcome any kind of hassle additional staff and facilities will also be provided to the masses at the NSRCs, he pointed out. He urged the people to promptly respond to this Nadra initiative and especially the rural population must get themselves registered in Nadra database. GM Nadra Sindh said as per government's directives this service will only facilitate the fresh applicants and normal fee will be charged from those applying for duplicate CNICs.-PR
