NWFP Minister for Livestock and Dairy Development Haji Hidayatullah Khan on Wednesday said that ANP government has taken steps for maintaining durable peace and promoting tourism in all parts of Malakand Agency including Swat and Dir.
"There would be complete security and protection for local people and tourists," Haji Hidayatullah Khan said this while talking to a delegation of Malakand led by Muhammad Ali Bacha MPA here at his office. Inayatullah Khan, Nazim Munda and Ishfaqullah Advocate Nazim Khadagzai Dir Lower were also present on the occasion.
The minister said that NWFP government allocated huge amounts in the Provincial Budget for initiating mega developmental schemes in all districts including Dir, Chitral, Swat and Malakand Agency. He said that Nowshera to Swat and Chakdara to Chitral highways would be widened and constructed on the pattern of Motorway wherein both the provincial and federal govt departments would be fully streamlined for this purpose.
