As a goodwill gesture on Indian Independence Day, as many as 35 Indian prisoners including 34 fishermen and one civilian were handed over to Indian authorities on Friday. The Indian prisoners were handed over to the Indian officials at the Wagah border. They were arrested for allegedly entering Pakistani waters in the Arabian Sea.
They were released as a goodwill gesture by Pakistani authorities on the Independence Day of India.
