NWFP Governor, Owais Ahmed Ghani, on Monday approved the summary of amended Sharai Nazam-e-Adl Regulation for Malakand Division, presented by NWFP chief minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti.
Before Eid-ul-Fitr, the chief minister of NWFP had presided over a high level meeting during which he had given approval of several amendments and reforms into the approved summary for Shari Adl Regulation.
After making amendments the summary was sent to the NWFP governor, Owais Ahmed Ghani, who formally approved it. After its approval from the governor, the summary would be forwarded to the president of Pakistan.
