The 2008 World Rice Commerce Conference in Chiang Mai, Thailand on October 21 will be attended by brokers and growers representing more than 30 countries, including Pakistan. World produces more rice than any other agricultural commodity and participants in the moot will discuss its production, distribution, price and security trends.
Officials, economists and trade association executives from Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Philippines, Thailand, United States and other nations have seats on this year's expert panel.
