A young man was killed while his brother was severely injured in a village near Nowsheran Virkan due to personal enmity, on late Friday. According to police, Zulfiqar Ahmed was beaten to death by six men while his brother Iftikhar Ahmed was severely injured in village Palangpur. Police said a feud on cultivation of agri-land had been brewing between the rivals.
Nowsheran Virkan police registered a case against the accused including Jameel Ahmed Gujjar, Maratib Bashir and others. Police sent the body of the deceased for post-mortem to Kamoke.
