The Lahore stock market remained highly depressed on Tuesday mainly because of investors' absence due to which no change was seen in the index. Apart from no change in index, not a single company showed gain or loss and all the 84 companies closed at their previous levels.
The LSE-25 index stayed glued to overnight closing level of 2824.86 points while trading volume reduced to 15,00 shares against the previous volume of 5,000 shares. Two companies--Shell Gas LPG (Pak) and PIAC recorded transactions of 1000 and 500 shares, respectively.
