The seventeen Customer Facilitation Centres of State Bank of Pakistan has started operation. The Customer Facilitation Centres established by the central bank at its Head Office in Karachi and sixteen field offices of SBP Banking Services Corporation are entertaining public queries and complaints since October 27, 2008.
These centres have been established with a view to facilitate and provide timely assistance/clarification to the customers of the banks/DFIs and also to help in addressing the public queries and complaints in an effective and efficient manner.
These Customer Facilitation Centres are in addition to existing electronic helpdesk of SBP (http://www.sbp.org.pk/cpd/complaints.asp) where public complaints are already being dealt with. Depositors, borrowers and other stakeholders have been advised to contact the following Customer Facilitation Centres on working days from 9.00 AM to 8.00 PM for any assistance/guidance/clarification/redressal of their grievances.
