Kids and Femina Expo-2008 kicked off here at the Fortress Stadium on Thursday. Around 125 stalls of different items related to women and kids are established to attract the buyers. Some swings are also arranged at the stadium for the amusement of the kids.
Many female entrepreneurs who are also the member of the Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WCCI) have established their stalls. Punjab Assembly Deputy Speaker Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan inaugurated the expo. He assured the government's co-operation for the expo. He went to different stalls and praised the efforts of the businesswomen.
