Government to fully rehabilitate quake-hit people: minister

Balochistan minister for prisons Malik Sultan Tareen said on Sunday that the provincial government would fully rehabilitate the earthquake-affected people of the province.
Talking to local journalists here, the minister assured the tremor-hit people that the government would take all possible initiatives for rehabilitation and provision of comprehensive relief to them in their respective villages.
He said that the government was utilising its all available resources for protecting the quake-stricken people from chilly weather. Sultan Tareen said that the government would take steps for rehabilitation of the calamity-affected people in the light of the survey reports which had been finalised by survey teams regarding the losses and damages caused in the wake of October 29 tremor in Ziarat, Pishin and Harnai districts of the province.
