Pakistan People's Party (PPP) is working for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan. Tariq Mehmood Bajwa, MNA said this while talking to APP here on Sunday.
He said PPP under the dynamic leadership of President Asif Ali Zardari, is striving hard not only to overcome the crisis but also give maximum relief to the have-nots, he said and added that federal government has allocated Rs 250 million to issue agri-loan to small farmers during fiscal year 2008-09.
Out of total, Rs 190 million have been earmarked only for Punjab; he said and added that this relief will help in solving the genuine problems of agriculture sector.
