City District Government Karachi has decided to restart operation against polythene bags as it was temporarily suspended due to the ongoing negotiation with the manufacturers. In a press release issued here on Tuesday City Nazim Mustafa Kamal said that due to the suspension of drive, the plastic bags had again appeared in the markets, which was not acceptable.
He said that no flexibility would be showed in the drive against the violators of the law passed against the use of polythene bags of less than 300 microns.-PR
