Pakistan cricket skipper Sarfraz Ahmed revealed that he was angry at youngsters Shadab Khan and Hassan Ali during the ICC Champions trophy final against India.

Talking to media at Karachi Press Club, the newly appointed Test skipper said he was angry at Shadab and Hassan Ali because they were leaking 'unnecessary boundaries' against Indian batsman Kedar Jadhav.

"I was angry at the duo ( Shadab and Hassan), as they were leaking unnecessary boundaries against Jadhav, so when he got out I celebrated the dismissal passionately."

Commenting on Pakistan latest opening batsman Fakhar Zaman, Sarfraz said including him in the team after loss against India was a difficult decision. However, Zaman responded it up to the mark and never looked back.

The 30-year-old further briefed about Azhar Ali’s role in the team, which was to provide stability to the batting line.

Furthermore, Sarfraz welcomed the visit of international footballers and squash players to Pakistan.

Sarfraz questioned if teams were willing to play in England, despite the recent terror attacks, so why can’t they visit Pakistan.

“We haven’t played international cricket at home for last nine years, despite that we won World T20 and ICC Champions Trophy,” he added.

"Now the law and order situation in the country is stable, so teams should consider touring Pakistan in near future."
