The 17th Annual Executives Conference (AEC) of Soneri Bank Limited was held at Sheraton Hotel. The AEC was chaired by the President Safar Ali K Lakhani and attended by all the Regional General Managers as well as the Senior Management of the bank.
Reflections were made on the performance of the Bank in 2008 and goals and projections were made for 2009. On this occasion the President Safar Ali K. Lakhani appreciated the performance and proactive role of all the branch managers and complimented them on their hard work and dedication which has made the bank an icon for outstanding service standards in the banking industry.
"The Bank is expanding rapidly" said Amin A Feerasta, Executive Vice President, "and we are planning to open another 37 branches in 2009 along with the introduction of several innovative products that meet the needs of our customers." Incorporated on September 28, 1991 the first branch of Soneri Bank Limited formally opened doors for operations in Lahore on April 16, 1992 followed by branch office at Karachi on May 9,1992.-PR
