Malik Muhammad Ramzan and Jam Hazur Bukhsh have been nominated as the new Secretary General and Vice-President of the Kisan Board Pakistan (KBP), respectively Their elevation to this post was announced at the annual meeting of the General Council of the Board, says a spokesman here on Tuesday.
Malik Muhammad Ramzan is from Muzaffargarh. The meeting also constituted a committee headed by KBP Balochistan President Agha Taj Muhammad for reorganisation of the board in that province.
Central President Sardar Zafar Hussain Khan and other leaders including Chaudhry Nisar Ahmad, Sarfraz Ahmad Khan and Khurshid Ahmad Kanjoo have congratulated the new office-bearers of the board and expressed the hope that they would make all-out efforts for the welfare of the farmers community and development of agricultural sector.
