Pakistan People's Party (PPP) has buried the politics of confrontation and it is working for the progress and prosperity of the country.
Chaudhry Saeed Iqbal, Federal Parliamentary Secretary for Telecommunication said this while distributing money orders under Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) in Chak No 60-JB Shehbaz Pur and Chak No 276-JB Dandewal in his constituency NA-81 here on Sunday.
He said that PPP was voted to power to serve masses and hence it was not meddling into any kind of political confronation and was focusing only on public welfare. He lauded BISP and said that it would help in mitigating the problems being confronted by poor masses.
He said that huge funds have been allocated to provide basic amenities in NA-81 while efforts have also been initiated to provide gas to this constituency. Chaudhry Taseer Iqbal, Nazim Union Council-161, Chaudhry Abdur Rasheed Jatt and other notables were also present during this function.
