The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday summoned the examination record of Farah Hameed Dogar in a review petition against awarding of extra marks to her. A division-bench of the court comprising Justice Munir Paracha and Justice Raja Saeed Akram gave the directives while hearing two identical review petitions of Iftikhar Hussain Rajput and Azam Sultan Puri against the judgement declaring award of extra marks to Farah Dogar as legal.
The court adjourned the hearing till February 11. Earlier, the single member bench of Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad had dismissed the appeals filed against the federal board regarding Farah Hameed Dogar case. The court had described the decision of reassessment and rechecking of Farha's marks as correct and lawful.
