The Establishment Division has stopped notification of transfer of Federal Secretary Finance Ahmed Waqar because it has been controversial for not consulting Advisor to Prime Minister on Finance Shaukat Tarin. Aaj TV reported that Establishment Division has stopped notification of transfer of the federal Secretary finance.
Earlier, Finance Advisor, Shaukat Tarin had expressed reservation over Prime Minister's decision, saying that the secretary has been transferred without consulting him and in his absence, however he would be meeting the prime minister in this regard. However, Business Recorder repeatedly made efforts to have views from Finance Advisor and former Secretary Finance but they were not available.
