At last truce between the banned Tehrik-i-Nifaz Shariat-i-Muhammadi (TNSM) and the NWFP government was signed on Monday. I wonder what type of Shariat-i-Muhammadi is this that calls for the burning of schools, killing of innocent people.
Before the agreement, everything, including violence, was according to "Shariat" of Sufi Mohammad, but when the government inked truce with the TNSM, girls' education became legal and according to Sharia. For the sake of peace this understanding is fine, but logically Sufi Mohammad's system is against basic principles of Islam.
