Needless to mention here that uncontrollable inflation has not only ruined the lives of the poor, but has also created great unrest among the people. The general public is greatly perturbed due to growing poverty, high cost of living, rising crimes and unemployment.
The common man is facing great hardship and miseries due to the continuous inflation. Seeing the rising inflation in the country, it is evident that Price Control Authority is not functioning due to which traders from top to bottom are selling commodities at very high prices. At a time when the government is promising to give maximum relief to the poor, there is no justification to allow any increase in commodities of daily use.
According to a survey, 100% price increase has been recorded from 2008 till this time. The objective of the present government is to provide Roti, Kapra Aur Makan at a very cheap rate to the poor people. The government is earnestly requested to curb the current inflation and take appropriate measures to improve the standard of living of common man who is struggling hard to survive.
